Ingredients for White sauce pasta recipe pasta:
  • 3/4 cup of pasta or any pasta
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4-5 cups of water

For vegetables

  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green capsicum (capsicum)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red capsicum
  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli, optional

To make white sauce

  • 1½ tablespoons butter
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, optional
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk (250 ml)
  • 1/4 tsp oregano, optional (or pizza seasoning)
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • Pinch of black pepper powder
  • Salt according to taste

Step-1

Boil raw pasta according to the information given above the packet or according to the information given below; Pour 4-5 cups of water in a deep pot and keep it on medium heat to boil. When the water starts boiling, add 3/4 cup pasta and 1/2 tsp salt.

Step-2

Boil until pasta is al dente (meaning by the time the pasta is cooked, cooked but not too soft). It will take about 10-12 minutes to check whether the pasta is cooked or not, take pasta in a bite and eat it. Pasta is ready if it is a bit tough but can be eaten easily. If you cannot eat it easily, then cook it a little longer.

Step-3

 Pour the cooked pasta into a large sieve and drain the excess water.

Step-4

 While the pasta is cooking, heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan on high heat. Add 1/4 cup chopped carrots, 1/4 cup chopped green capsicum, 1/4 cup chopped red capsicum, 1/4 cup broccoli, and salt.

Step-5

 Stir it with a spoon until the vegetables are slightly cooked but crisp, cook for about 2-3 minutes. Tie the gas and drain them on a plate.

Step-6

Heat 1½ tablespoons butter in the same pan on medium heat. Add 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic and fry for 30 seconds.

Step-7

Add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour.

Fry it for 1 minute while stirring continuously.

Slowly add 1 cup of milk and stir continuously with a spoon.

Shaking it continuously for 1-2 minutes.

Turn down the heat to low. Stir the mixture continuously and cook until it thickens. It will take about 3-4 minutes according to the thickness and height of the pan. As shown in the photo here, when the mixture starts sticking in the back of the spoon, it means that the mixture is thick.

Add 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp chile flakes, a pinch of black pepper powder and salt.

Tie the gas. Mix it well.
