Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Curd - 2 tbsp
Green chili-ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Oil - a small spoon of oil
Water - two cups
Taste - Salt
Asafoetida - a pinch
Rye - half a teaspoon
Green chili - 4 chopped
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Water
Sugar - 1 teaspoon sugar

Step 2:-Add the juice of lemon, salt, and curd and mix it well.
Step 3:-Cover and keep this mixture for 1-2 hours. So that it swells well.
Step 4:-After a certain period of time, add green chili with ginger paste
Step 5:-After this, grease it with oil in Dhokla cooking vessel.
Step 6:-Put 2-3 cups of water in a pressure cooker and let it for heat
Step 7:-Simply add Eno fruit salt to the thick gram flour paste and whisk for one minute. You will see that the paste will swell or change shape.
Step 8:-Now, without any delay, put this mixture in an oil pot and keep it in the cooker and close the lid. The whistle of the cooker should not blow must take care of this.
Step 9:- After cooking on a medium flame for 20-25 minutes, after the pressure of the cooker is over just open the lid of the cooker.
Step 10:-Cook it for 2-3 minutes more If the paste has wetness then.
Step 11:-After the time, take out the dhokla from the cooker and keep it outside for a while. Then cut the dhokla into small pieces.
Step 12:-Now put oil in a tempering pan and heat it.
Step 13:-When the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, and green chilies and curry leaves, and temper it.
Step 14:-Put a cup of sugar and water in this tempering and put it for a boil and turn off the heat.
Step 15:-Prepared tempering should be pour on the dhokla and garnish with coriander leaves and it is ready for serve.
